To Register Your Student For Sports

1. Go to this website to register your student: https://wa-evergreen.intouchreceipting.com/

You will need to fill out these FIVE forms to be registered to play sports.

• 25-26 Informed Consent

• 25-26 Consent to Share Information

• 25-26 MS Transportation Acknowledgement

• 25-26 Parent/Guardian Athletic Code of Conduct Agreement

• 25-26 MS Athletics Registration

2. Make sure your student has an updated physical that has been turned in to the school. Physicals expire every two years. If you are unsure if your student's physical is expired, call the Activities Office. If you need a physical form, you can get one from the office or you can print one out here: Physical Form 

3. Pay the $20 ASB Fee if you have not already. You can do this online or at the Activities Office.

2. You will need to fill out the form titled 25-26 Covington MS Intramural, Clubs, Affinity Group Registration and list the clubs you would like your student to be a part of.

3. Pay the $20 ASB Fee if you have not already. You can do this online or at the Activities Office.
